Our story

Love, dignity, and empowerment

I MATTER FOUNDATION TANZANIA is a non-profit organization committed to supporting children with special needs and their mothers. We aim to build a more inclusive society by providing access to education, therapy, support services, and community empowerment. Our work centers on the belief that every child and every mother matters.

Founded on the belief that every life holds value, we aim to create an inclusive society where no child is left behind, and no mother is left unsupported.

We provide access to inclusive education, early intervention services, therapy, parental training, mental health support, and economic empowerment programs for mothers. By working directly with families and communities, we strive to break down stigma, increase awareness, and promote the full participation of people with disabilities in everyday life.

Our work centers around love, dignity, and empowerment, because we believe that when a child with special needs is empowered, the whole community grows stronger.
